"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!

For some reason I'm having a bit of un uploading spree today! I've been drawing a lot lately -I actually have small amounts of free time from college for once so I'm making the most of it- and found some older stuff that I meant to put up and so on and so forth so I'm doing what I can before they give me more work to do! That said... I need some sleep!
